The staff is friendly but something is always off when I get any food/drinks from this location. The bagel is over burnt, cream cheese looks like it's a cheap brand (almost like cool whip), and drinks don't seem to be made correctly. I ordered a grilled chicken pesto sandwich today. The sandwich had no chicken and was completely plain on one side. It's gotten to the point where I make it an effort to not go to this location unless it's only for a donut. I won't buy their drinks and I won't be buying their food after today either. Really sad for a downtown location.

Went around 11am, lots of staff and quick service. They were out of some donuts but had enough selection to be ok.
Drinks were good as was the sandwich.

The last three times I've been, they've been almost entirely out of donuts by 11am-12pm. They had maybe 2 or 3 total on their shelves. The staff are nice and friendly but it's becoming a really unreliable dunkin to go to.

My croissant wasn't toasted, the meat & egg was just placed on the bread. And when you purchase a 🍩 they just throw it in the bag without using the individual tissue sheets then the icing grts stuck to the bag.

This is probably THE best Dunkin' location when it comes to the donuts and coffee being fresh. I've been to plenty of locations where the donuts taste like they're a day old. Not here! The coffee is also pretty good, although could personally take it a little stronger. The service is also quick, and the customer service is good.
