I've tried the Mexicali and black bean bowls. Both were tasty, while seemingly healthy. There is hot sauce available by the utensils, which I really appreciate. :)
Side note: Ordering through Ritual is super convenient. There is a pickup shelf where you can find your order.

I've been in Chicago for 3 months for work and I come here every morning for breakfast. All the staff are friendly and if you're a regular they'll greet you by name, which is a lovely way to start the day! The store is clean and service is always prompt. Great options for those trying to hit their macros.

Really good. They open early, and I could walk here from my hotel across the street. They offer wraps, and bowls. The bowls are a gluten-free versions of the wrap. Restaurant is clean and there is some seating in the front, and out in the open area. Food was tasty and well-prepared.

Fast, fresh and friendly. I have lunch here every day that I am in the office. The menu items are flavorful and vibrant. Eating here ensures that I get at least one (if not two) healthy meals a day. I'm back at my desk with my lunch in minutes. I actually miss the Protein Bar on the weekends!

I regularly eat at Protein Bar in The Mart because their food is always consistent, fast service, and the staff couldn't be any friendlier. Highly recommended!

If you're not a health nut, you might consider the food a bit bland. The people I go with (myself included) appreciate having a healthy option so close to work. I've had the guac and roll burrito and the protein shake style drink and both we're delicious and well-balanced. I'm looking forward to trying their salads, which look super filling and tasty.

Protein is great health food. You're not going to be screaming "OH MY GOODNESS THE INTENSITY OF THESE FLAVORS IS OVERWHELMING!" but you'll know you ate well and feel good afterward. I really like the salads, especially the buffalo chicken.
