Seated right away. Menu was priced fairly, not overwhelming or incomplete. All text and no photos put my memory of what I do and don't like to the test.
We were first timers at the restaurant and when told the server that, so we expected an introduction with the house specialties or the chef's perspective. Didn't get anything like that.
Miso soup was delicious. My date loved the bowl of buttered mushrooms. Crab roll was just ok,

We loved everything about Arami! We were celebrating our honeymoon and decided to try Omakase for the first time. We had no complaints; the courses were amazing, the service was incredible and they made us feel so special! They even customized our menu to congratulate us on our honeymoon. Definitely an experience we won’t forget!

Brought My parents here from the suburbs for my moms bday dinner and I couldn’t have had a better experience. From the minute we walked in, the staff was unbelievable hospitable. Our sever was so sweet and the food was truly incredible. It was unbelievably fresh. Every single thing we got was so good. Couldn’t recommend more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love omakase, but I simply didn't understand that it could be this good.
This is some of the best sushi I've ever had. The ingredients are of the finest quality, and chef then nudges each bite into perfection with a delicious range of oils, vinegars, soy sauces, roe, and other nuanced delights.
Their ichiban omakase isn't cheap, but it's better and less expensive than others in the city and well worth every penny.

This place has a few amazing dishes. I would eat here for some sushi, while it's not my favorite sushi it's a great overall sushi place. I think it lacks creativity and robust rolls like many other sushi places. However what it lacks in the food category, it makes up in service and atmosphere. Now the bowl of mushrooms was amazing. The sushi rolls were like a 7 outta 10.

I've only eaten at their Midway International Airport location but it is by far the best food I've had while traveling. Everything tastes great and is well seasoned. I keep coming back and eat here every chance I get!

We came for restaurant week and it was the perfect experience. They have tons of options and if you're not well versed, the restaurant week menu is a perfect taste of everything. Ambiance was amazing. Perfect amount of mood lighting without being dark like some restaurants. And not overly loud either. We sat at the sushi bar and that was great to see the chef preparing the sushi. Will definitely be back.

The sushi tastes incredibly fresh and the chefs know how to pair all different kinds of flavors in one roll. Definitely expect to leave impressed.

Got omakase. Ismael - the chef - is truly an artist with his presentation of food and the combination of flavors he creates. It was an incredible omakase experience - highly recommend!

Did the restaurant week omakase and they did not disappoint. The fish used were so fresh and high quality. Some of them literally melted in my mouth. I enjoyed the fun combination of flavors used and the chef was very helpful, accommodating, and chill. One thing that I wish was different is how often our server kept talking/interrupting us. Otherwise, I would go again for sure.

Absolutely delicious! It was certainly worth the trip. My far the best sushi I have had in a very, very long time. The staff were all quite nice and knowledge. I can not wait to come back!! Everything was so good especially the otoro!
