I love that the meal starts off with some consommé and the popover with strawberry butter. The food is always delicious, but the service is why I’m leaving a review. Elvira is an amazing server. She remembers special things like what drink I usually order and therefore is a step ahead of us, anticipating our needs and making us feel special. Thank you!

This is a great restaurant with great service! They serve popovers and chicken when you arrive. We have a really great menu and the service is prompt. I had the turkey club.

Great holiday cocktails and decorations. It's expensive but worth it. Large portions. Free chicken bullion and popover with strawberry butter. Free chocolates with bill.

Food was good. Service today was a little slow. They are understaff. Popover and consomme is warm.
We had red bell pepper soup, mandarin souffle chicken salad and mushroom polente ragu.

Beautiful place for lunch and the food and drinks were pretty good. I think the day I was there they were woefully understaffed and so service was very kind but also very slow. I of course would still return as the convenience and atmosphere outweighs one trips worth of slow service.

Grabbed take-out on a rainy day as it's across the street from my hotel. Service was excellent, staff was friendly and food was yummy. Good spot to get something on the lighter side for lunch. I'll be back the next time I'm in Chicago.

Lovely hidden gem inside of Neiman’s. The food is amazing! The lobster sandwiches and burgers are great. Definitely go if you are shopping! 🛍
