I just ordered Vanilla and Lemon Poppyseed cupcakes for my grandson’s birthday. They were very moist and delicious!! We are in love with their Tomato Basil Bread and the Bacon Ranch Bread for dipping in Moose Lake Mustard. The cheddar herb buns make great sandwiches, too. The Cinnamon Twists are another favorite!! Too many favorites to name them all!! They are a GREAT SCRATCH MADE BAKERY!! We are lucky to have you guys!!

Stopped today as heard great. Not so great at all. Cookies donuts apple fritter all tasted Days old. Dry and hard. Sour dough bread was acceptable. Store bought or K trip has much fresher tasting. 20 bucks wasted. Throwing most away

The Chetek bakery use to be my favorite place! After 40 years of enjoying it every single year and even taking back the deliciousness to others it has come to an end. We've tried several different times to give the new owners time to develop what we use to experience and unfortunately it can't be done. The items are constantly stale and just do not taste anywhere near what they used too. I guess all good things must come to an end.

We stopped in while we were on vacation . We needed a birthday cake . Staff was extremely helpful and nice . Cake was delicious. Highly recommend this place!

As a local and fellow small business employee, I made sure to give the new owners plenty of time to settle in. I have been in several times for donut and breads. They are always hard and stale. We have amazing clients that spoil us with bakery goods pretty frequently. They are never fresh and most of them end up in the trash. It’s very disheartening to see such an amazing bakery of so many years get run into the ground. Very sad 😞

Just enjoyed a red wine cupcake at the chetek bakery, so delicious! The people working there were very friendly and the deserts are well priced and good quality! Very happy with the experience

Delicious treats and friendly people. There is something better about the taste and freshness of home made bakery items here. Sure a donut from Walmart is ok but not nearly as good as one from here.
