Help me understand how this makes sense?! I can self serve my coffee and food after others have touched the containers/tongs, and I literally watched them NOT use gloves, but you can't take my cash??? I didn't want money back, but you literally acted like my money was diseased. People are just dumb...can't fix dumb. just dumb.

I spent $1.75 on air to fill my tire and when I went to pick up the hose, there was no nozzle!! I went inside to tell the staff and they said they would put in a work order but wouldn't refund the $1.75 even though the machine was still running (With no nozzle to attach to a tire). I know a 2 bucks aint a whole lot but it's still 2 bucks I didn't want to waste. I waited outside for 10 minutes to see if they would come outside and put an "out of order" sign on the machine but I guess they'd prefer to have people dump money into it. Not too happy with my experience here.

Throughout my whole experience at this store today, I have been lied to, hung up on, publicly humiliated, harassed, and even vilified. For the sake of leaving a review and making it known to the public that the integrity of this location has been severely compromised, I will leave 1 star. Extremely disappointed with the lack of integrity, courtesy and sense of responsibility the employees Joanna and acting manager Donna displayed when handling a situation. My sister and I along with my 2 nieces were profiled and discriminated against by these employees, I would never recommend this location to anyone or any other franchise locations owned by Bret And Beth Creekmore (BAC ENTERPRISES). From falsified/manipulated information(customer service contact names and numbers) to the complete omission of customer courtesy, my 7-11 experience today has been foul. I need to know is there anyone I can share my experience with to get to an resolution and hold the employees responsible for their awful behaviors?
