Placed an order at the drive through the young lady “Sidel” who’s name is on the receipt for my order was rude while taking the order, asked me if I was using the app today I told her I was she did not ask for the code or any other information, then when I got to the window and the next young lady handed me my drinks which were supposed to be sweet teas with light ice and very rudely told me they were light ice. The ice is 3/4 full in the cup, when I said that they were not light ice she told me a machine dispenses the ice not her and refused to remake the drink. I also did not receive straws or napkins. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the lady at the window but it was 2:30 on 4/2/22. I’ve NEVER had a problem at this location before. Below is a picture of my “light” ice

Now that they have 2 ordering drive through sections, the service is so much better! Customer service was fair until I was flustered with myself and just started laughing. That tickled the young lady taking my order. She started laughing too! By the time I got to the first window, she was smiling and said she understood that kind of day. So sweet! The second window must have been informed of the crazy lady about to grace her window. She was awesome. Advised me that she made sure a few of almost all the sauces are in the bags with extra napkins. She said I would have a better day once I ate and relaxed a bit.😂 People are great when they see someone else sick of the day! LOL

It's irritating they ALWAYS ask " are you using the app today" .. but never follow up with why they are asking. perhaps there is a reward if using the app? Other than that, this is the best McDonald's! The food just taste better( perhaps they make it fresh from irder)order. I drive from my local city just to visit this location because I'll get better service, and better food.. that makes it worth the drive.

Honestly the food at this McDonald’s is better than many I’ve had. Maybe the best. Normally very hot and fresh. And quick drive thru. But the staff that gives you your food at the last window is never commutative or friendly. You ask them for ketchup it’s like they are annoyed and don’t say, sure, have a good day. No word at all. This happens every single time and it’s hard to not notice. Need to prioritize customer communication skills at that window. It’s the last window customers see before leaving the restaurant. If they worked on that, it would be a model McDonald’s. Also- the last time I was there, a person was trying to take my order over an iPad and was just not a star employee. Rude, rushed, unhelpful. No one was behind me. If you’re going to have someone out there, make sure they are great in talking to customers.

The McDonald’s near my house is horrible, but my kids wanted a happy meal, so I stopped here since I was already in the area. This was my second time trying this location and the first experience wasn’t great, but wasn’t horrible either, like the second and last time I’ll ever stop here. It took over half an hour to even get to the speaker to order. I ordered two happy meals with apple juice and that’s it. Took another ten minutes to get to the window. I paid and then after a few minutes, they asked me to pull into the parking spot ahead and wait there instead because “it would be a little longer.” I waited, amongst 2-3 other cars over there for 35 minutes. No order was ever brought out and I eventually just left and got kids meals from the Wendy’s up the street instead. Ordered, paid, and left all within 3 minutes there. This McDonald’s is bad.

Horrible experience. The cashier was unprofessional, when it was mentioned that 1 of the orders was wrong when said through the drive thru menu stop, ordered a spicy deluxe and received spicy crispy chicken only not deluxe . The drink had barley any ice it all melted within 3 minutes. I realized later that the Quarter pounder deluxe with cheese I got also didn’t have anything but pickles and 3-4 onions. I recommend to check your orders if you order from this place. They got everything wrong.

Someone higher up needs to visit the restaurant and see what’s going on at this location. They need to be trained again/fired and bring in new young ppl that actually want to do their jobs correctly. It’s not hard to make sure everything is correct before sending it out! Every single time I order something is wrong and missing.
