Dunkin'

We got charged an extra $1 on the sourdough when ordering a sandwich. there was nothing posted on the menu that we would be charged an extra dollar. that's like 20% extra on a sandwich price. had we known we would have chosen another selection. manager was not around for clarification. we also got charged 50 cents for a cup of water without the cashier telling us ahead of time. we feel we got ripped off. the food and drinks we ok but they really should update their price menus

i wish i could give 0 stars. i just gotta tell y'all to stay away from this store. they serve old donuts and moldy beverages. they serve nasty back of the freezer ice cream. the fruit flies love to breed on the donuts and in the crevices of the deteriorating store. they don't clean regularly and they use dirty dishes to make your food and drinks. if u want a stomach ache then go ahead and waste your money here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely unprofessional, they always forget items, and the food is stale af. They charged me for two things I ordered and never mentioned that they don’t have those items but charged me anyway! Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location. Seriously the worst.

Quick and friendly. There was no line on Friday morning which was great. Crazy intersection. The building is built in a hotel parking lot which makes it a pain to navigate through it Coffee is great at all of their locations but not a big fan of their doughnuts. However their staff makes up for all their bad parts. If you read this ad please give me a thumbs up!!!!!

Update (6/11/22): They currently have a consistently unpleasant cashier/attendant working there. Don't expect service with a smile. She is frankly quite rude...to the point I may avoid this particular location. Update (5/23/21): I called this morning and they indicated that they were no longer enforcing masks on customers. I tested this assertion by going there. No comments and was provided service. They do still have the sign on their door though. 5 star rating returned. Update (5/15/21): Following the CDC and State of VA lifting mask requirements this store informed me they "have no information or plan to remove their mask requirements." This is simply unacceptable and doesn't follow the science. I will not be giving my money to businesses who are more interested in virtue signaling than science and the freedoms of their customers. I'm done. I will update if they do the right thing. I love the staff at this DD. They don't have a drive thru which would be nice but it is the pleasant staff that brings me back to them. Customer service means a lot and they get it right.
