Wendy's

I normally have a good experience here but today my half n half tea lemonade taste like syrup with a hint of tea. I couldn't taste the lemonade at all. I let the lady know i couldn't taste the lemonade she tried to basically explain its in there. After me telling her 2x i don't taste the lemonade she asked them to make another one with a attitude. I was polite about it even offered to pull up. It was only one car behind me. Asked for SPICY nuggets i got regular. Fries were nasty. And I now have two syrup tea's 🙃

Too early for poor customer service. I wasn’t greeted when I approached the drive-thru speaker. I order my first item and was asked if there was anything else. When I order my second item, I was told to pull to the second window without acknowledging my order or even if I were finished. At the window, I was again not greeted just told my total. I was given my credit card back with no receipt. I was given my food with no type of communication. Lastly, I was asked if I wanted a small, medium or large combo but nothing appears to upgraded. I will NEVER frequent this Wendy’s again.

I've tried this location at least three times, and something is wrong every time. It was the second time I ordered a kids' meal and wasn't informed they were out of -literally everything- kids meal related until after I pulled up to get the food. I had four kids in the car who were very disappointed that they didn't even get individual bags for their food, let alone toys etc.
