Terrible customer service. I tolerated bad service from this location way too many times. Cashier is obviously annoyed that she has to work so I’d rather go through drive thru. Asked for a taco with no cheese and I get a poor looking excuse of a taco. Going farther out for a KFC instead of this place which is only a 5 minute drive from me. You would think after years of poor reviews something would change.

We just left and it took over 30 minutes to get my order, we were missing 3 items and even after them asking several times what we were missing, it still took another 20 minutes to get the items and we were leaving by then. And they still messed up on the order. They had zero communication between each other. And nothing was in order and almost every other person ordering before and after us had a mess up in their order. They need new hires and proper training.

OVER 30 MINUTES WAITING AT THE DRIVE THRU?? Then when they open the window to talk to me they tell me they didn't have half of my order in stock and I needed to order something else. Why isn't cooperate looking into this? The reviews speak for themselves. The employees are having a casual conversation and on their phones the entire time I was sitting at the drive watching them through the pick-up window. This is highly unprofessional and the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I was out GrubHubbing with my wife and kids and we ended up at this location at 9:48p.m.. The front door was locked so we had to go through the drive through. No answer for 10 minutes, even though the sign said they close at 11:30p.m. We get to the window. My wife visibly sees the exact order on the screen that we need to deliver. One of the workers walks past the window looks at us and keeps walking. This happened twice. So we go back around to the intercom and the person says "we're closed" we asked if they have an online order and they said "no". Needless to say this is very unprofessional, and I feel sorry for the man who won't be eating dinner tonight.

Heads up...do NOT order water here! They charge you the SAME price as a soft drink. ($2.19) I don't mind paying for it ($1 or less) , but the cashier said management said to do it that way!! Ridiculous!! The cashier was super friendly but they should let you know this before you order. The water was for my dog, hope it's at least Evian water for that price! Ha! Drive thru was ridiculously long as well (after 1pm and still a 30min wait)

I placed an online order it said be ready at 605pm I placed it at like 558pm, which i knew it would take longer due to ordering extra crispy8 piece, 4 pc tender meal and chicken sandwich. We waited till about 627pm, i went up because she called out order similar to mine but it wasnt she said what did u get, i told her and she said a boy took my order off online shelf, now i saw them sit that order there but it had 2 drinks so i only had 1 drink so i didnt go look then saw boy take it, anyway she said ill remake your order, i said ok and they got it out pretty fast after that. Got to my car noticed i didnt have my drink, i said 4get it ready to go home. Got home i live in moyock about 22 min drive, chicken is real chewy not good at all didnt even eat 2 bites gave it to husband he'll eat anything.. lol, so little disappointing after i spent 26 dollars for i thought was gonna be crispy chicken had no crunch when i bit into it, and when lady handed me new order, she says at least everything is fresh... like was that other order boy took not fresh???

Went in the drive thru 30 minutes before they closed to get a cup of mac and cheese, the dude working there lied and said they closed early when the sign clearly states otherwise, I RARELY go to KFC and I'm not one to make reviews like this but I drove 20 minutes bc this one was supposed to be open, absolutely a waste of my time and gas. Won't be returning.
