Not really the greatest of experiences this time around. Went through the drive through, after we got home, I opened the bag to see the good look as if it was thrown in the bag, half opened wrappers, cold food, meat throughout the bag. I ended up throwing the food away. This is not a normal situation, that is why I still give two stars.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had in my life. The food has never been so good and fresh. I came around 9pm and the service was excellent too! everyone that was working today 3/20 at 9:23pm deserves a raise! Will be coming back!!!

I love the food, but they constantly get my orders wrong. It's even more frustrating when I order something as comfort food after a bad day and end up with the wrong items. We've learned to check the bag before we drive off. But when we get the right things, it's soooo yummy!

Nice place. Good food. Quick and easy process for the most part. Speed of service could speed up a bit and the customer service could be a little bit better, other than that it was good. Will most likely come back.

Went thru the ~empty~ drive thru and before even ordering was told we could only order a cravings box, a combo or 3 single items because they were short staffed…it really doesn’t make any sense to me. I’d get it if I was trying to order a ridiculous amount of food but surely a party pack and some nachos for my family of 3 wouldn’t be that much…mind you no one in the drive thru and not a car in the parking lot (no one was trying to eat inside). Guess they were too busy just hanging out?

Food was old and tasted as if we're sitting out for hours. The nacho chips were stale and my taco was torn to pieces. The bean mix were hard and crusty on the nachos.I would not recommend this restaurant location to anyone.

All our food was cold, incomplete or incorrect. And no one seemed to care. I'm not even sure if there was a manager there but our whole order ended up in the trash!!! This location and the one on Northampton is a hit or miss. Loud attitudes and ratchetness!!
