Subway

I’ve come to this location for a friend twice now and BOTH times there seems to be an issue in house. The drive thru wait was arguably unnecessary. Literally 25 minutes just sitting. We could see the employees inside “huddled” around and I witnessed 2 cars pull up and drive off. Who is in charge here? Poor service.

Just encountered the dumbest girl i think i have ever met. Ordering was absolute chaos because the girl was so stupid. I said pepper rings and she looked lost as if i had just eplained quantum physics to her. And again when she was asked if they had thousand island. She had no idea what thousand island was and tried to grab vinaigrette and ranch. She was asked to put the cheese on before the sandwich was toasted and the response was "the meat gets toasted with the sandwich". No sht sherlock. Just put the cheese on also. 🤣 So dumb. I wish i knew her name. My sub was also 5", not that its that big of a deal. It just means someone else got a 7" and i got a 5". I mean its kind of a deal because its advertised 6". The other girl there seemed alright. Couldnt really tell because dummy did everything. Maybe they were high as hell... idk.

Manager wrote and apologized. The customer service is back to excellent! What happened here! This used to be the best in customer service. The girls and the woman were so rude. They were irritated we even came in. The attitude made my grandchildren not order what they wanted, since the were afraid of the girls. The only person that was pleasant was the register young lady. She had a Coco Chanel mask. The thing that’s even worse, the order was wrong. There used to be the nicest lady there. She was friendly and pleasant. I actually think she was walking out the door, as we walked in.

Sure wish I could leave no stars at all. The customer service at this establishment is absolutely horrible. Walked in the two employees looked up at me and went back to what they were doing. Same thing for other customers that walked in as well. They really need to work on their customer service. This is not this first time this has happened. Never going back to this horrible place!

The sandwich 'artist' could've cared less, but I get it...I'm sure making subs all day gets old, but it's not my fault. The other girl never even acknowledged that I was in the store. I think they both hate subs. Edit: Visited last week (6/2021), appears to have new management, much better visit! Giving 4 stars due to last visit
