7-eleven

I’m giving 4 stars because this is nicer than your average 7-Eleven in the area. The cashiers are friendly, and there is easy access into and out of the parking lot. The gas pumps are fine. Keep in mind this is a 7-Eleven, so you aren’t walking into an ultra clean place with a wide selection of items. They do, however, have all the basics of a 7-Eleven. This is one of the best 7-Eleven stores in the area, but it’s still a 7-Eleven.

Malik was very unprofessional when I asked him to explain why 711 attempted to charge me $100 for the $20 of gas I bought. You do not call customers stupid to their faces when asked for an explanation. I ended up calling the cooperate office and spoke to the owner. The owner was a very nice and professional man. He let me know that he would be speaking to Malik about his behavior and this isn't the only ongoing issue he has had with him. I may not work in customer service but I do expect to be respected regardless of differences in opinion.

The current owner, Malik is fantastic. I don't know who was there when the people having negative reviews went but I do know that Malik will bend over backwards for his customers. He has even gone so far as to remember my name. I frequent this location daily as do other members of our staff and highly recommend it to everyone. For those that had a negative experience, I suggest you give it another shot. I think you will be presently pleased.
