Panera Bread

This location is probably the worst Panera I've ever experienced. I've lived in the area for almost 4yrs and they have NEVER gotten my order right, and that's not an exaggeration. And these aren't any special or customized orders, just their normal menu items. Tonight I ordered a salad and some of the main ingredients were missing, including the chicken. One time the driver drove right by our house (I was tracking the delivery and waiting on the porch because it was significantly late) and never delivered our food. He updated the app saying he did, but didn't and just went home for the night. Then when I called the restaurant because the app showed it was delivered they told me their delivery driver went home for the night and I could request my order be delivered the next day or drive to the restaurant and they'd remake my order. Everytime it's something. I usually give them another try every 6 months thinking maybe there's new people working and this time it will be better, but it never is. I know mistakes happen, but never a correct order in 4yrs tells me there's a bigger problem at this location.

My favorite Panera sandwich is their chicken salad sandwich. Unfortunately, they are cutting back on the salad portion of the sandwich. What you now get are two thick slices of bread, a tomato slice, a piece of lettuces and a table spoon portion (scoop?) of chicken salad. They put the salad in the center of the bread so when they cut the sandwich in half, you end up with very little chicken salad in each half. Will not order again.

It's been great usually, but today was weird. I got a baja bowl with Chicken, and all sorts of stuff was just missing. The chicken, the yoghurt, the salsa verde, none of it was there. The staff doesn't seem very happy to make orders. I get that jobs can be stressful, but this isn't a good way to make that.

I ordered a 2 item lunch menu I was very surprised to realize when I got my lunch bag that it was completely the wrong salad I ordered the bacon salad what I got was a chicken salad with apples and pecans. I only had enough dressing for three bites it was poppy dressing and there was only enough for three bites. Compared to the size of my salad there wasn't enough dressing they never give you enough dressing just generally speaking. Then the soup that I ordered French onion was a very small container and where the heck was the cheese...about 1 teaspoon AT THE BOTTOM What!, I won't be ordering that again. I did not visit the restrooms at this visit so I don't know as far as cleanliness of the whole place. The cashier did take my order but she was not very friendly.
