Worse Boston Market ever!
1300 Greenbrier Pkwy Chesapeake, VA 23320
This is the 3rd strike in a year, and I am sick of it.
I called corporate and complained with the last order back in June. The regional supervisor called me back, stated she is working with this location to improve it, and resolve the problems they are having like staffing issues. I certainly understand that staffing issues are a problems everywhere.
However, when the employees can NEVER seem to get a online order correct because they obviously misinterpret what is printed out right in front of them, then staffing is NOT your issue!
In June, the had the audacity to give us a tiny little chicken with the neck bone sticking out of it, and feather parts still attached. The ribs we ordered were nothing, but bones and fat, almost like the meat had been trimmed off the top. Where is the quality control?!?!
Tonight we ordered 2 meatloaf market bowls with beef gravy- they gave us poultry gravy!
Also, ordered 1 market bowl with rotisserie chicken, they gave us a 3rd meatloaf bowl!
Tried calling the restaurant 4 times, it rings for a while, then disconnects like someone hangs it up. Filed a report with corporate again.
Don't visit this location, it's worth the drive and your time to visit another location that will give you a correct order.

This place is okay, they forgot my corn. I didn’t notice until I got home. Boston Market in general is falling off in flavor, or maybe I’ve just adapted to the flavor who knows. Anyway the place is fine.

This place has HORRIBLE staff. I sat in drive thru for several minutes and no one said anything so I eventually pulled to the window where staff ignored me more. Then at 804 an employee said "we closed 10 minutes ago" I took pictures of the signage on doors which have the hours clearly posted AND the screen with multiple food orders they were making. "Brandon the manager" was extremely rude and unprofessional when he answered the phone. Brandon laughed when told corporate would be contacted "hopefully they will change my hours" thinking to myself yeah maybe to 4 hours a week on trash duty since that what your skill and customer service can facilitate.

Ordered from Active menu and I was pleasantly surprised how the crew responded very professional. When I arrived home the food was delicious. I will be returning very soon.

They didn't have the ribs since the season changed. Instead I went with the spicy chicken. It was fantastic. Crispy, spicy, and tender; it check all the boxes. The meatloaf I got for my daughter was delicious and used the same glaze the ribs use. While the sides were also top notch and it all reminded me like a home cooked meal. The wait time was low and we all left with a full belly and leftovers.

My first time ordering online from this Boston Market. Order was to be ready around 6 PM. When I arrived, I parked in the Pickup Order spot. I received an email that stated my order was actually ready around 5:49 PM. Nothing mentioned online what to do when you arrive. The Pickup Order parking signs did not say anything as well. So, I waited for about 5 minutes and decided to go inside. The doors were locked. Not knowing what to do, I pulled in the drive thru line. After waiting about 18 minutes, I pulled up to the window expecting my order, but instead the two ladies were putting my order together right there, even though I received notice saying it was ready for pick up. Had to wait another 10 minutes. I thought they were the only two working, but I noticed a gentleman in the back drinking a shake, so I assume he was on a break. Not sure if he was or not since there were about 8 or 9 cars waiting and the ladies could have most definitely used the extra help. They were trying to get the orders together as quickly as possible even though in the time I was in line, several cars left. I got my order and pulled off to the side for a minute to check my order. It seemed I had everything but realized when I got home, I was missing the corn bread. The chicken and sides were good though, so I'll give them that, but the service was not good at all. Definitely short staffed for an evening rush of people.

This is a real time review… my wife placed an online order over an hour ago. After getting there, and waiting 15min in the drive through, she’s being told they ran out of chicken, and she now needs to come back in 15min, to get back in the drive through line (which is wrapped around the bldg, since no one is being allowed inside the restaurant), and try again…. What kind of mess is this, Boston Market?? You take our money, then tell us you’re out of chicken??? I’m starting to remember why it’s been YEARS since we last went to a Boston Market. If this is how you do BOGO (unprepared for the amount of business you’re going to get)… then don’t…please.
UPDATE:… it’s gets better! Now almost 2 hours later, my wife is now being told someone gave them her name and picked up her order! So, since she can’t get her money back, she now has to wait—AGAIN—for them to remake her order. Boston Market has officially picked the wrong person to mess with today. 👏🏾👏🏾

They are so NICE here. The waiting time is less then 5 minutes. They care about their customers and ask how is the food. I asked them for an extra cup so I could give water to the geese outside and they gave to me. BEST Boston Market!
