Perfectly Frank

This is a really cool little spot. Service is good. Vibe is good. Food is good. And the price is right. This place also has happy hour which is always a plus. I wish this place had some beers on tap. We had the hawk dog that comes with bbq on top. Very good. Could have been a little more bbq but I was happy. Beer could have been colder but was nice they had a local beer. Will definitely be back.

I love this place. I work across the street at Walmart. They are always friendly and smiling. There are other restuarants in the shopping center but I prefer this one. Great service and great people. Awesome vibe and can I say their music selection is amazing. Keep doing a great job. The team is amazing!

I hate to say it but our first and last experience here today was so overwhelming bad. I’m giving two stars for the poor teenagers that are forced to work in this environment but I’d give zero for the owner who would leave 3 young girls to try and handle an extremely busy Saturday afternoon by themselves. I must have seen at least 10 different tables walk out and the rest of the busy restaurant was complaining hungry customers who had been waiting ages like we were for their food. We waited over an hour for two hot dogs meals and a tuna melt with fries. The tuna melt wasn’t a melt it was a cold tuna salad sandwich but after I got it I was told by the girl that she didn’t know what a tuna melt was…my husband’s Chicago dog was made incorrectly and my daughters meal was also incorrect. Plus everything was cold. I asked at the end where there manager was and was told they don’t have one they have an owner and she is out of town right now but there is no backup staff for them to call. I’d say at best this place is more of a concession stand then a restaurant and I just felt terrible that young people were there to deal with the brunt of a poorly run business.
