It’s Taco Bell so high quality food is not expected, but this… this is not even decent food. These tacos must have been sitting there beforehand for a while as they were stuck to the paper and then all the meat fell out. I started eating the right away as I know that if you don’t, they will get soggy.
On top of that, they are locking the front door because of staffing shortages. So if your order is wrong, you have to go through the drive through again.

The food is ok if you want Mexican food in a hurry. It's not authentic Mexican food but it's still good. The restaurant is clean but the counter clerks leaves much to be desired. Some of them go out of their way to be cordial and efficient, while others aren't at all friendly. This restaurant is near I-5 as well as other places of business and restaurants worth visiting.

I have a pretty strong stomach, so much so that taco bell has NEVER sent me running to the toilet all night like most people.
But this location. Dear God help my household. We all have food poisoning tonight. I knew something tasted off, but shrugged it away as my taste buds are still off from covid in Dec. We had Taco Bell here at lunch, we were sick before dinner rolled around, it's now midnight, and we're all still sick. At both ends. 😭 NEVER AGAIN

Forgot half my order, then got snarky when I requested a refund AND my food remade after I wait for my son to eat, load him up, and make another round trip to this place.
I just wanted to eat and expected things yo be compensated for THEIR mistake. the assistant manager just wanted to give me an excuse and raise the attitude in her voice.
I'll never be returning, even to get my refund.

Drive thru, open until 1am. As a truck driver, easy to walk to when other places are closed. Refused service, refused to even open a window to refuse service because I was on foot. Only location, let alone restaurant to refuse me service due to having to walk.

Went this aft, got a burrito supreme supposed to include sour cream but the way they asked made it seem like it was an add-on (extra charge) so I said no but it's supposed to be included. So no sour cream but paid full price.

Everytime we would get a burrito, it never has enough beef, it's always kind of soggy and cold.
It's kind of overrated, the burritos are kind of overrated.
Before we talk about the delights, the lettuce is hard it's not fresh, it's not good.
The cinnamon delights are like mini cum shots.
Last thing, the baha-blast tastes like mint with fizz, not Sprite.

This location is still "new", (-ish), being under 2 (?) That said, they either need a new manager, or better procedures at this location. Almost every time I go, they mess up my order somehow... side of sour cream missing, over cooked, burrito missing sauce, onions added when I asked for none, and the Cinnaminis? COLD on the inside and luke warm outer... Ugh... However, the staff is always extremely friendly and if you catch the mistake, they always remedy it. Otherwise I would have given 1 star.
