Subway

Think they need a bit of help from team leaders/trainers. Every-time I go in, the queue moves super slow. Today I went in, on lunch, and the staff were flapping instead of having a good system to work to. The guy on till serving/making sandwiches and using same gloves for handling money, not good! I can see they are all trying, they just need a better system. It ended up with mistakes being made on peoples orders and sandwiches left on the side for a while to go cold. Not much point in a hot sandwich if it's left out. As I say, this is a recurring practice as I tend to go in fairly frequently. I though it might just be new staff, but I think they need a bit of help to make it a quicker and smoother process.

I use to eat from this subway everyday & really shocked to see service and food standards fallen to rock bottom recently. The staff for some reason seem not interested and today the girl making my order had put salad I didn't wanted and was rude . The cleanliness was shocking and food utensils and bowls looked really dirty . Management really has to step up quickly as everything is falling a part & cleanliness ,staff attitude and training should be first priority .

Honestly the WORST subway I have been in. The staff are so slow they may as well be moving backwards, they're bone idle and just stare at you like you've got two heads if you attempt to place an order. I asked for a drink twice and ended up going to the Spar to get a drink because I didn't have the 5 years to wait for the boy to process my request. The whole team needs sacking, or the franchise should be shut down because its utterly appalling.
