Domino's Pizza

I was visiting from WAY out of town,cans decided I needed a pizza. Their delivery time was a little high, so I decided to go pick it up. My order was done exactly when they said it would be. My pizza was done perfectly. The staff was courteous and helpful. They even offered me paper plates and napkins when they found out I was staying in a hotel.

99% of the time this Dominos location has been awesome and delivers to me no problem. Sometimes it takes them a little long, but I think it’s due to staff shortage. This last time I called in and I spoke to a girl by the name of Sara. Let’s start this off with she refused to apply one of their coupons they have posted on their website. Secondly, I have never had an issue getting the pizza delivered to me. She refuses to deliver the pizza to me stating I was outside her delivery area. Mind you if probably had over 20 pizzas delivered to my address. She refused to give me any information on the situation. Extremely disappointed with this staff member, her rude demeanor, and little to no desire to help resolve this. Especially after considering I have had TONS of pizza delivered here. Not to mention so has my significant other. Completely dissatisfied with this.

Not a great service, they always miss ingredients. I pay for extra chicken but they never add it and always miss the buffalo sauce. I never complained about it before but this time I thought I should bring it to their notice and the store manager Samantha mam got angry and gave arrogant answer when I just asked couple of questions.

I ordered online and tracked through that app. I had instructions to simply knock on the door for contactless delivery to my hotel. Pizza never arrived and no one ever knocked on my door. When I called the store to see what happened, I was basically called a liar and hung up on. Then no one would answer any more calls. I was left on hold then eventually hung up on again. Lesson learned. Although the driver still got a tip.

What a disaster! I have never seen so many people working inside a Domino’s and the complete chaos. They were unable to swip my card and it took 4 of them to manually punch in the number. This happen with myself and 2 other customers. When they finally got it all figured out, I had 2 charges on my card. By the time I left my pizza was cold. Giving 2 stars because the pizza was still pretty good.
