Mcdonald's

Ordered and paid for a LARGE HOT MOCHA WITH EXTRA SHOT OF ESPRESSO and a blueberry muffin… my muffin was ice cold and I did not get the coffee I asked for… got plain coffee with cream and sugar! Which isn’t terrible but not what I asked for, and NOT WHAY I PAID FOR… muffin finally got to room temp and was okay- but not great. Tasted like it had been frozen - not fresh.

You can never hear them through the drive thru speaker. They usually have one lane of the drive thru closed. Didn't know you didn't have to wear a uniform either. Fries were soggy. They usually always are here. Could hear them yelling and cursing in the background after we paid. When we pulled up to the window to collect our food they gave us the wrong order twice.

We walked in with our 3 year old granddaughter to get lunch. No employee was at the counter. Only kiosks in the lobby. We stood there for a few minutes and I decided to try the kiosk. I don't have an app for McDonalds. The kiosk allowed me to continue without one, so I began my order. When finished, the total was around $19. I got my credit card out to pay. It then required me to sign in. I downloaded some app on my phone, put in my location, etc. The app expected me to place my order again. We decided to leave and went to burger king across the street. Very disappointed with McDonald's on this situation.

Place was kept in pretty bad shape. No one could take our order so Kiosk had to be used. Out of 4 Kiosks only 1 was available. And with multiple waiting and a buggy screen, it took a long time before I could even order. People were friendly for the most part but it was obvious there is some major staffing issues

I am tired or this particular restaurant, they are generally pretty slow. Tonight I took my kids out to a ball game and we stopped by to get some treats and a little food and it was not enjoyable. Fries were cold, didn’t put the apple pies in the bag, milk shakes were about an inch and a half from the top, a little whip cream, my kids said their chocolate shakes tasted like vanilla. So… $28 down the drain… we will not be back.

Drive through, from order to receiving food, took 20 minutes. Cashier was not nice. Pickup window #1 had a young African American male who changed trash then handed food out….without gloves. He never said one word and shoved drinks and food at us! Very rude. The chicken nuggets were stale. Nasty! My daughter ordered 2 McChicken’s (add pickles). One had 1 pickle (size of a dime) and the other had none. Very disappointed and will never return.
