Will never return here & i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone in the area. We sat and waited 20+ mins for our server (who was clearly under the influence of something) to take our drink order. Finally took our drink order and we didn’t see her again for another 30+ minutes, when she returned WITHOUT our drinks to take our food order. When she took our food order, finally someone else returned with our drink order. Another 30-45 mins later server brought our food out. My steak (medium well) was completely raw, sent back for them to fix where it came back even worse than the first time by this time my whole family is done eating and i still haven’t had a bite of food. I asked to speak to the manager and the server clearly got irritated and did not want to send the manager to our table. When the manager came to our table she acted like our terrible service was normal and not a big deal. Finally did get my food to go, but still worst service ever!

Our waitress was kind young and funny (kenndi) our food arrive hot an fast ! The rest room how ever looked like a bomb and a two year old toddler went through it, we order drinks from the bar in we watch her bartender talk an talk left bar to talk to other people we were on the second appetizer our waitress had to get the manager tto to fix our drinks ! Yes bartender supposed to talk but fixing drinks is important we decide not to order any more over all great food God kiss the cook

First off I sat in the carside togo area for 20 mins so I was forced to go in. Second, the picture is their chicken tortilla soup. I ordered it for the first time and was disappointed..This was the driest soup I've ever had. It was like mashed potatoes with a million pieces of tortilla strips. It's like they tried to hide that they were out of actual soup by filling the cup with tortilla strips.

Probably the all time worst experience of any chain restaurant! Finally seated after a brief wait, and our server comes around. No introduction, no welcome, just drink order. I order my sweet tea and ask for my limes. Drinks arrive and no limes, I remind her again. No limes. She goes to another table where a young man and 2 kids are at. It appears from all indications she is in a relationship with this family. She lingers, placing a leg up in the booth and makes herself very comfortable. The man and children begin to leave and she goes with them to the front of the building, where she stands there for several minutes and watches as they leave. She looks our way finally and I point to my tea, and ask about my limes. Another 15 or so minutes and she brings limes. She takes our food order without a pad or device. I'm thinking this going to get interesting. 25 minutes later and the food arrives. But, no silverware. Another wait .... Cut into the steak, and it's the exact opposite of the temperature I asked for. But where's the server? Nowhere to be found. I ask another server to find ours, but he steps up and takes control. He agrees my steak is not medium rare, not even medium well but well done. He takes it along with my silverware. Another 25 minutes and another steak. Would someone please bring me silverware, again!!! Had to get it to go, the others were finished eating by then. We get our checks and pay. But our server is disappeared once again. Finally, she comes by, picks up my check and cash, then asks the wrong question... Do I want change? I tell her to keep the change not because she was deserving of any outstanding tip of or in my opinion and the others, any tip, but I was tired of waiting and waiting and waiting. Problem is simple, management lacks in many areas. No supervision of staff, no customer care, no checks on the expedition of food. Just a disaster tonight. 3 & 1/2 hours because of total lack of management!!!!!

The horrible smell as we entered hit me first! This was probably one of the worst smells I’ve experienced in a restaurant. It was a mix of mildew and old mop water. The smell in the ladies restroom was ten times worse! Fortunately, the drinks and the food were pleasant and the bartender was very engaging and friendly.

They always have their phone off so you can't call and place an order. When you go in to try and order they just tell you to hold on then walk away. I had to go to my car and get my phone to place an order then I called to ask why it wasn't ready after the time it said it would and was told they are training someone to do WONTONS! I was reluctant to try this restaurant again but once again was shown why I shouldn't come back! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because of how nice this one young girl was to me that brought my food out to me.
