Very busy, but excellent, friendly service! The food was very good & enjoyed by all in our party of 3! Food is reasonably priced.

Pleasant atmosphere, helpful and curious staff, varied menu choices, reasonable prices, ample parking.

Food was hot and fresh, and the service was prompt and friendly! The waitress was attentive and made sure our coffee and waters were topped up. We weren't rushed to pay (bill was at the front counter) and were able to chat and catch up, which was nice. Solid breakfast! Thanks :)

Great food and great service. We've been coming here for years and they are consistently making great quality meals. Can't wait to go back and have a breakfast skillet!!!

Come here expecting a greasy spoon experience and you won't be disappointed. Portions are sized to fill you up, but not too excessive. The food is not going to win awards, but it's nothing to turn your nose up at either. Overall, I recommend this place for a cheap lunch or breakfast.

Cannot express my thanks enough to FlapJacks on McFarlane in Chatham. Such excellent service and great tasting food. Love supporting local small businesses especially those with such great food and Staff. Definitely my favourite breakfast/lunch location.

I've eaten there for years and I've never had slow service or bad food. I'm really fussy when it comes to how my eggs and rye bread are cooked. I tell them medium egg, rye toast well done; I've never had to send anything back.

Excellent service. Greek omelette was pretty good, but the homefries were tough to swallow. Definitely worth giving them a shot based on price.
