Avis sur Bloop

First thing we noticed when we walked in was no employees nor customers in the shop were wearing a mask in this day and age. Overall, the ice cream was average nothing fancy which is fine. The problem was when we ordered a scoop of ice cream and only "ice melt" was remaining on the bottom of the drum. We requested for another scoop from another drum but they refused and insisted that they "had enough" before being served a sloppy, incomplete, and sad scoop of ice melt. We also noticed that there was much more room for improvement with the cleanliness/hygiene of the shop. We sat down at a table but there was still an unfinished strawberry smoothie left at an unoccupied table next to us. When we were done and bus our table the top of the trash container was very dirty with crumbs, sprinkles and dried ice cream.

This was my first trip to bloop. The employee was extremely nice. When you first walk in the door there are two freezer cases with dip ice cream in it. So I got a double scoop of the cappuccino ice cream. Once I sat down I saw further in the back all of the soft serve machines and then I realized that I wasn't actually eating their product but eating Hershey's product. So I gave one star down for presentation for the new person being slightly confusing. I would have loved to have tried bloops product. But I gave four stars because the employee was super nice and the restaurant was clean and inviting

I *LOVE* Bloop! They charge by the cup, so you can load up as much yogurt and toppings as you can fit (unlike places that charge by the ounce). They have a great selection of flavors, and a regular rotation of new flavors. The toppings are also fantastic, ranging from cheesecake cubes to candy bar pieces to cereal to classic gummies. Bloop is a great pick me up or celebration spot.
