Wendy's

They are pretty fast at getting people through, and it's usually hot and fresh, but always check your order before leaving! Many times we have been a fry short, no sauce, sweet tea instead of unsweet, etc. They're good with no fuss at correcting once you point it out, but I think in their rush to be fast they skip steps

I ordered the 4 for $4 with a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, but the JBC is no longer available in that combo, but only in the $5 Biggie Bag. That's disappointing, but I'm willing to believe it was a corporate decision. The reason for the 1-star rating is twofold: (1) I didn't get the JBC I ordered, but got a double cheeseburger instead; and (2) when I pointed out that we didn't get the fries with the Apple Pecan salad combo we ordered, the person at the window said it didn't come with fries. But the online menu shows fries with the combo, and they're on my receipt.

Terrible every time. The only good part was the nice dude at the window, but the order was wrong and the manager tried to argue about it. Oh, and those new better than ever fries were the absolute worst fries I've ever had from any Wendy's in my whole life. Ate two and threw the rest in the garbage. This place should close down just like the 29N location did. Wendy's is over, 20$ for two meals and we're both still hungry? I hope the whole chain goes under.

Picture this: You and your friends want to eat some food after you drank some beer. After some discussion you decide on Wendy's, because you think Wendy's is reliable and probably tastes good. You all order and it takes like 20 minutes because there is so much choice. You order and pay. 60 minutes until it arrives. Good amount of time but we accept it, waiting for this great food that will fullfill our desire. Your stomach is rumbling. Grumml grrr. People get hungry, angry, hangry. Just wait. Be patient. Oh only 11 more minutes until our order arrives. Everyone is celebrating. Let's pop the Champagne. Glasses are empty immediatly because people need stuff in their stomach. Only 5 more minutes. Suddenly: Order is cancelled. Party Stops. Dissapointment is unmeasurable, day is ruined. Thanks Wendy's. Thanks....
