Mcdonald's

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, add big mac sauce (which I got charged extra for). I received a completely plain double quarter pounder, no mac sauce, no toppings whatsoever. They weren’t busy at all, so it genuinely felt like the employees were lazy and just took advantage of me being in the drive through (since I’d be unlikely to bring it back to get it fixed, which I didn’t). There’s plenty of McDonald’s around here, so I would recommend avoiding this one.

I honestly am not sure how this is reality for a business to stop this low. I almost never leave a review but I felt obligated because it didn't sit well with me that I got scammed out of my money from an official business. I was told my mobile order didn't go through so the guy at the cashier told me he could ring it up separately, and told me to wait past closing. I never got my food or receipt (which in hindset was a mistake cause I have no proof of my order other than the fact that I was charged.) If anyone is ordering from here past 11PM, don't bother unless you want to be scammed of your money from unofficial procedures at this McDonald's. I know I don't stand alone on this issue and I hope the general manager sees this. Make sure to get a receipt before waiting in the "reserved" line for them to lie about giving you the order.

Insanely slow. I waited a full hour in the drive thru for a single order of chicken nuggets. It seemed like the employees were purposefully trying to work as slow as humanly possible. I probably spent more on the gas burned while idling in line than the meal itself cost. Also, their app tells you that you can pick up curbside, but they refuse to do that. Management needs to either make their employees do their job, or hire more people.

I give the manager on duty (Thurs 9/30) the 5 stars. He gave us the best customer service that I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. My daughter ordered a Iced Mocha. Her first one at McDonald’s. The machine was being cleaned, so he offered something else to drink while we waited. He gave her a bottle of water, not just a small cup from the faucet. 15 minutes later, it still wasn’t ready. The manager offered us anything else to replace it, if we didn’t want to keep waiting. We waited 5 more minutes. When the machine was ready, the manager made the iced mocha himself. He upgraded it to a larger size for no extra charge, and added lots of chocolate sauce. My daughter really enjoyed it. We will definitely be going back to that particular McDonald’s again. Hands down, best customer service.
