I had the steak salad topped with ranch dressing..it was six of us and everyone spoke highly of the food and the excellent hospitality of the hostess and our waitress Hailee.. she was on point with her attentiveness and her jovial demeanor.. very reasonable prices with a wide variety of meal choices.. the food was cooked to perfection.. I always eat way too many rolls.. LOL.. I will be back.. 😋

Great visit! We stopped here after going to another restaurant and being told it would be 10-15 minutes before seating and waiting past 30 minutes. We found out that restaurant had one waitress serving everyone. So, we came over to this one. We were seated right away and our servers greeted us quickly. The food was good. You definitely do not leave hungry. Someone in my party had a birthday and the staff made it a lot of fun. We have been here several times and have not had a bad experience yet. Definitely recommend stopping for lunch or dinner.

We haven't ordered in a while because they always mess up but figured we'd try again... and it was another disappointing visit to this location. Ordered curbside which was late coming out. They don't know what the vents are for on their packages and didn't open them so our food was soggy. My fries were left out so my chili is useless - hard to have chili fries without my fries! My wife didn't receive her pickle which happens 100% of the time we order burgers- this is the fifth or sixth time they did that. Bacon on the cheeseburger had to be thrown away it was so disgusting. Ordered two meals and an extra half dozen rolls but only received eight total; I guess it's only one roll per person unless you buy more. My tiny 4$ side salad looks like it's half eaten already, my croutons are soft and mushy, the lettuce is bitter, the ranch is either spoilt or just extremely low quality (definitely not Ken's but some bargain brand) - I wouldn't give 50 cents for this garbage pile they call a salad. Sadly, I left a 5$ tip for this service on takeout which was not earned by the staff. For a 50$ meal for two anywhere in town is better than this poorly run restaurant, and the only consistency here is that they can't get an order correct. Seems like management changes need to happen as the problems appear to be systemic and extend beyond expo/staff members themselves. Ordered at 2:41, arrived at 2:56 for a 3:14 pickup, received our food at 3:18, received a text at 3:58 telling us our food was ready. Maybe my fries needed an hour to cook? Or there's a bag with the rest of my order that finally came out? Terrible level of service.

This was the first time my son and I had eaten here. I ordered barbecue, mashed potatoes, and a salad. My son ordered ribs, green beans, and a salad. The salads were fresh, the green beans had a smoked ham flavor, the mashed potatoes were real potatoes, and all of these were delicious. My son said the ribs were good, meaty, and tender. The barbecue was very good and also tender. It was not served on a bun with cole slaw but just on a plate with the mashed potatoes, and this was perfect. There was a toasted bread roll included. We had enough food to bring home for the next day. Our smiling server was friendly and attentive, and brought us a sample of all of the sides in order to choose which one we wanted. The restaurant was busy and we did not have to wait to be seated. I would recommend this establishment to anyone to eat here, and I certainly will eat here again, even when I am by myself.

My wife and I went out to dinner here and had a very good experience. We haven't been out to dinner together in nearly two years. Our waiter was prompt with taking our orders and serving us with our meal. The meal was excellent, my prime rib was cooked to perfection. All the sides were great and my peach margarita was very good. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone Who wants good food at a good price.

The wife and I just left Texas Roadhouse in Charlottesville. EVERYTHING was perfect. It was one of the best meals I have ever had. The waitress (Addi) was great. Our drinks never got below the half way level. The food was also all great. Rattlesnake bites, Salad. Loaded baked potato and Prime rib. All perfect !!!

On vacation in Charlottesville with my love. We went here for Valentines day dinner. The place was very busy so we had a little wait. Witch was understandable. The wait staff was very friendly and our server was amazing with making sure we were enjoying our dinner. We really loved the food and the service here. Best stake house ever.
