Wendy's

Never coming back! There was only two people working so they had to close the doors and lock them so VERY slow. I ordered a chicken avocado salad. It did NOT have any chicken or avocado! They did not even apologize when I had to come back and gave them the salad for my money back... not to mention the runny salad looked like an e-coli spa retreat.

I walked in and it smelled like cigarettes and a dirty mop. No one was at the counter so we seized that opportunity to leave. The sanitation Grade is 91.5!!! Thats practically a 31.5 in my book. We went to McDonald's next door. THIS IS THE WORST WENDY'S IN CHARLOTTE BY FAR. Very reminiscent of a trap house...

This location is one of the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes before deciding to go inside to order. No other customers were in line in front of me. The cashier saw me and still waiting a few minutes before acknowledging me or taking my order. It then took 10 minutes for them to fulfill my kid's meal order. One worker sat in the dining room with gloves on, playing on her phone until the manager called her back into the prep area and she never changed her gloves!! Never again...

I've only been to this place three times and all three were terrible experiences. Literally the exact opposite of "fast" food. Took 15minutes for the Apple Pecan salad I ordered and they forgot the Pecans and the drive through line had only made it through 2 cars. Second time, same thing and I even asked to ensure the Pecans were there. Five people came in and walked out while I waited due to lack of service. There wasn't even a line but no one was at the register. It's fast food, it's not difficult. The third time, the drive through line was out to the street and so I walked in. Immediately a customer informed me to go somewhere else as he had been waiting for 20minutes for his order. People had put theirs cars in park in the drive through lane. Don't even waste your time. Not worth the food!

I stopped by while I was making my way around Charlotte. The food was good but the fries weren't salted. Possibly because the customer before me didn't want salt. It took entirely too long to be able to get to the register. They couldn't ring up the other customers' order correctly. Once I got to the register, it didn't take long and my food came quickly.

The person at the register did not seem to be very happy to be at work that day. When I walked in two different people had returned to the counter because their fries they just received were cold. Looking around the store most of the lights behind the counter were either out or blinking, ceiling tiles, vents, and walls all had an extreme amount of build up and needed to be cleaned. Looking at some of the equipment used to cook the food I could see it had not been wiped down in a long time either. Same issues in the dining area as well including some of the exterior windows. The food I received was at least correct and warm (although I had to go back for my barbecue sauce I requested with the order). I visited this store while out of town with friends and if I were the one that had drove we would have not eaten here.

1st I asked for a taco salad I thought the lady said they didn’t have the specific salad so I asked for a apple pecan salad and with an attitude the lady responded that they had no salads of any kind so I ordered something else after I place order I expected to be given a total and told to pull around but got no response then I finally asked can you hear me and eventually she responded and says she was helping someone else and that I needed to place the order again so I did and finally after getting a total I waiting behind other cars for so long that I thought about just pulling off and going to the McDonald’s right next door but changed my mind and patiently waited just to get a half empty cup of frosty lukewarm fries and a burnt cookie. When I complained the guy at the window didn’t say anything to me he just walked away I thought maybe he was going to get someone else to assist me but after a minute or so of no response I knew my patience level had reached the max and I didn’t to go off on them so I just left. So disappointed with the entire experience.
