Charleys Philly Steaks

This location has always been super nice. I always do mobile orders to skip the line. The only thing I really feel like that needs to be addressed is the air in the food court there... it's extremely hot... and I feel terrible for the workers... like they are pouring sweat while making food.. like the company or the mall needs to fix this asap. Please get some a/c for these people !

Went to have some lunch while doing some Christmas shopping. There were 3 workers present in the front, and even though the line was long, they all moved the orders efficiently and accurately. Upon ordering, I was given a warm greeting from the cashier, her name starts with a "S" but that made my day. After going around shopping at multiple stores she was the only one whom spoke to me first, and I took that to heart. I appreciated the staff that worked today, you can tell they take pride in their job, and I hope I was able to make a small blessing for them during the holidays. #payitforward
