I really want to commend this staff and service providers at this location. I think you all are doing a great job with becoming a drive thru location actually the only drive thru on Wt Harris on the west end! To have increased with so many new customers and adding yet another skill to the store a Drive Thru is phenomenal. I know once you can master and Accommodate all the new comers and level of busy you all have been. This store will surpass 100% and appeal. If anyone reading reviews and leaving reviews can give this great staff a moment to adjust the store, service, and cleanliness with fall in place naturally. I want all the staff to know I appreciate you all. And congratulations on the new store and drive thru.

I pass 2-3 other Starbucks locations just to make it to this one. Shayland, Rai, and Nikki always make it such a personable experience. Their ability to balance all of the chaos and still squeeze in a genuine smile, always warms my heart! If you haven't yet been to the new Davis Lake Starbucks, stop missing out!!!

Excellent service and atmosphere and most importantly THE PEOPLE!!!! I ordered 4 boxes of coffee for an event and picked up and even had help offered to bring the 4 boxes, big bag of cups and different sweeteners/sugars and stirring sticks and a half gallon for creamer. The best service ever! And it was like 8am on a Saturday morning!!!!!!!

Great visit on 3/13/23. I got my normal complexed frappe order. The gentleman picked up the cup and let out a small sigh. I laughed inside. Once he finished, the drink was beautiful. He took his time and made sure it was made to perfection. I told him “ I could tell that was my cup by the sigh.” We laughed and he said it was no problem. Went back to the car and got a tip. He was very appreciative! Service was so great I had to call the store and get his name. Thank you Mannie for making my experience magical! Nothing feels better than to spend your money, and receive a superb product accompanied by the same level of customer service.
