Arby's

This was my first time at this location. The service was great. There was no line. I ordered a ruben meal with curly fries and a medium Dr. Pepper. The ruben was hot and good, but it needs more sourcrout and thousand island dressing. The curly fries were hot, crispy, and good. My soda was a little flat. The men's bathroom was clean and stocked.

Ran through this Arby's while visiting Charlotte. The service was great. The employee repeated the order at the window to confirm it was correct. The order came out with no errors. The employees were polite and pleasant. We pulled off without getting our card back. An employee thankfully came running out and caught us before we pulled out of the parking lot.

I just got food from here today/ tonight 11/04/2021 and the workers was amazing. My food is fresh and hot, the lady at the window was kind and most importantly didn’t look like or act like she hated her job. Then another gentleman who brought me my food to the window was also very kind and they both had smiles on their face, was respectful, and professional. Whoever you have on the night shift tonight needs a raise! i wish I was treated respectfully like I was tonight at other fast food businesses I will be back, until then I’m going to smash on this fresh hot food! Thanks Arby’s !

Love this place after 2pm-5pm have the slider,drink,shake,cookie,fries. Yet when I walk in with my scooter folded I was told I couldn't have it in the store by the manager then he allowed me to., Then I witnessed the manager doing a good deed for a homeless person by giving them food and drink for free. This place is large and clean. Thank for your service.
