Wendy's

Id give them negative stars if I could. First thing is I get greeted at the drive through with "what do you want". Super rude and unprofessional. I then ordered 2 large frosty chinnos with extra cream. I said it twice. Pull through, more rudeness, pay for my drink and leave but before I can leave I notice that there isn't any extra cream, there is barely any cream at all! I pull around and ask then to fix it and they don't. They wouldn't give me my money back or give me what I asked and paid for. They had some ride minor in there and the manager should go be ashamed and embarrassed. Completely unprofessional and the worst Wendy's around. You guys will be Losing your jobs and this place will be shut down. I can promise you that.

Forgot dipping sauce in take-out bag and due to dining room being closed we had to wait thru the drive up line again to get it! By that time, the food was cold! Finally, the cheese burger bun was stale. Not a happy experience. What was, not too long ago, my favorite fast food restaurant, has turned into one of my least!!!

When it comes to fast foods, the family enjoys going to Wendy's; Rarely, there are any complaints ... well, until today. My wife and children each ordered a fried chicken or fried fish sandwich. Each sandwich was hard and tough to eat. This tells me that the meat (chicken or fish) was either over fried or it was pre-cooked and then reheated. Then again, as far as, my wife showed me her fish patty in her sandwich wasn't a golden brown as one would expect ... it was burnt as in dark brown edges. We will definitely think twice about returning back ro this establishment. Poor quality of food.

As far as Wendy's go, this one at its best, was just middle of the road. The past few years, it has consistently been one of the absolute worst that I have gone to. Slow service, sandwiches that are old, thrown together, and soaked in grease. They have begun closing at 7 recently. We waited in line for 15 min only to be told that they were closing at 7PM, and would not take our order. I keep hoping Wends corporate will step in and get this franchise running the way that it should.

UPDATE: I have put a mobile order in 3 times only to come by and it be closed. Even when business hours have been updated on all platforms. Before they closed at 7pm since updating their hours and with my work schedule I was excited to see them being open later. But after 3 times of putting in an order I’m kinda over it. There should be some way for them to make it so the app won’t accept orders. ———————- Weird hours ever since Covid. But nothing is really open passed 9 or 10 pm in chardon any more. Food is always good and orders are always right.
