Reminds me of the mom and pop joints I've frequented in southern NM, in towns like Deming, Portales, Columbus, Silver City, and, yes, Hatch. This place is as authentic as you'll get in NOVA, even more so than Anita's. Doesn't offer the variety of Anita's, but it's okay that it keeps its menu simple. They do a good job here. Highly recommend if you're into NM style food. NOW CLOSED.

I only five 4 stars because they didn't have an Indian taco, but they made me sopapilla hamburger and it is off the chain! I was so happy to see my native flag as I drove by! The staff is GREAT the Food is Delicious!!! i love the pay it forward concept to create community :)

If you're a fan of Hatch Chile, this is the place. The Green Chile Cheeseburger is the best you'll find this side of the Mississippi. The stuffed sopapilla will make a New Mexican proud.

There are a lot of food options in Chantilly, so its really nice to see a new flavor. This is a New Mexico style quick serve restaurant. The name comes from the Hatch chilis they use. It's basically like Chipotle except with different flavors and a few more food options. The bowl is healthy and the sopapillas are delicious. I love getting the hot hatch chilis and the red chili sauce on my meals. I'm planning to try their hatch burger next time!
