Mcdonald's

at the first pay window the man was super friendly and courteous. At the 2nd pick up window completely unhappy and not friendly at all. My grandson told her hello twice and she did not respond. I spoke and she handed me my drinks, then my order. I asked if she was sure there was 2 BBQ. she said YES in an inappropriate way. So after pulling away I checked the order. 2 half boxes of medium ff. 10 piece nuggets that seemed reheated or very hard and old, 4 straws, no double cheese burger, no napkins. My 5 year old grandson was ready to eat and ate all of it. If it weren't for him I would have absolutely driven right back around and corrected this. Many other McDonald's to choose from. Thanks for the rudeness and a cruddy wrong order. Have a nice day!

Interesting experience in the drive thru Friday 2/24/2023. Someone new must have been training at the drive through. The person in front of me pulled out of line in frustration after trying to order. My order was messed up on the display, but the order taker called for help I heard as I pulled up and I got the right order when I got to the window

Today was different than my experiences over the past year. There was a friendly person at the counter ready to take my order. The food was fresh. The order was correct. I had a much better experience today than several times in the past. Of course I went in there super early so that might have been a difference-maker.
