Firehouse Subs

Best subs in Champaign!! Went there twice this week with giant orders from the office. Everything actually comes out correct and super fast. The staff is amazing and are always super friendly and helpful! It's one place we can rely on to find something everyone likes and to have everyone's order right.

I meant to write this review a couple weeks ago about how amazing the service was but got caught up with my studies. Maurice and his wife were amazing. My sandwich was awesome and I do recommend their subs. Maurice took the time to help me figure which sub I wanted since they had so many options. Then he did his thang and it came out delicious 🤤. Will go back soon. Can’t wait to try out the brisket sub he recommended next. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

A BIG SHOUT out to fire house subs.I came to visit my sister in Champaign. We decided to have lunch at the firehouse because I don't have one where i live. The staff was amazing, friendly and very professional. Especially this one young woman named Malaya. I only know her name because she had here name tag on. She took the time to read me the menu because I left my glasses at home. I was torn between to sandwiches. She stated she "liked both them both, but but prefers the chicken bacon ranch". On her recommendation i ordered the chicken bacon ranch. It was phenomenal. The best sandwich i had. Your staff came to our table and checked on us and asked if we are ok. Even we were leaving they wish us to have a nice day. Keep up the good work guys 😃

This was the first time me and my family have been here. The staff was very friendly. I work in a restaurant so I understand how much of an impact friendly service can impact a first experience. In addition to the amazingly incredible staff, the food was really good . The price was a little higher than what we expected, but it goes to a great cause so it was work it. I would eat there again and I would recommend it to my friends.

I'm not particularly inclined to go out and spend money on a sandwich, but my wife and I were given a giftcard. We have eaten at this location twice. The sandwiches are certainly expensive, but they were delicious (very large) and the customer service was excellent both times. It's one of the rare places that makes you want to go back because the employees friendliness.

This is a great Firehouse Subs! We stopped in after helping move some family friends out after the school year-- it was easy to get to from the expressway, and the staff was very friendly! They greeted everyone who came in with enthusiasm. Our subs were high quality and delicious. I got the Cajun chicken sub and it has one of the best sauces I'd ever tasted! Our cashier was awesome, we had a pretty big order with 6 people and he did a great job. Receipt said his name was Maurice, so shout-out to Maurice!

Absolutely blown away. My first experience and I will definitely be back and tell all of my friends and family about this place. The staff was extremely friendly and greeted every single person that walked in while I was eating. Prices are super reasonable and the sandwich was great! Mac and cheese was amazing! The place is extremely clean and the owner even came back and asked how my food was while I was eating. You can definitely tell they care. Thank you for amazing food and service!
