First, they should change the recipe of Yukgaejang. The smell is strange. I saw the same opinion in the comment section below. However, spicy pork is very delicious, and it's very authentic Korean style jeyukbokkeum [stir-fried spicy pork]. Overall I like this place!!

Authentic Korean cuisine, as I understand. Tasty, spicy (if you wish). Pretty quick service. Crowded at lunch time, but one hour later it is almost empty and quiet.

I LOVED THIS PLACE. I wish there was one near me. They were so nice too. It was yummy food, they didn't take long to make the food. They had Styrofoam containers AND soup containers, and the overall vibe was so cozy.
I got the kimchi udon and it was so good. Then I got Pan noodles. The chicken was dry which was sad but then I got tteokbokki and it was delicious. It was such a good meal for a cold day

Been here a couple of times. I’ve had the budae jjigae and the tteokbokki, both were pretty good. It’s pretty quick, in a convenient spot and tastes good. I can’t speak to authenticity.

Food was very affordable! I got a big kimchi soup with pork with rice for only $14! Service was fast and place was clean.

By far the best Korean food in Champaign, Ari-Rang is gone RIP 😞, and Jib Bap is so mid compared to spoon house. For the same $12.95 you can get an overflowing platter of Bibimbab at spoon house that's far superior and larger than anything on campus, just look at this beast 😋🤤

Visited this on last Monday. Very warm welcome from the person at the front desk. I ordered a Kimchi Rice bowl.. it was delicious and the egg was so properly half cooked, I loved it in every way.
It was almost closing time and they patiently took up my order and delivered it in no time. Perfect quantity to price ratio, clean service. Everything was just perfect at this place. Definitely worth multiple visits for non veggies, they hardly have one veggie option which I took😄
