They were out of the oat milk, then why have the drink advertised? I settled for soy milk instead of oat milk. Also, the barista could have taken a better inventory and informed us before we decided to order. Once we let them know we would be okay with 1 drink that was only soy they then started the drink. It took them about 15 minutes to finish it. They were gossiping and horse-playing. Finally, they got out drinks. I dont recommend it.

Don't drink the dirty mop water they call coffee. If your drink is mislabeled, I would be willing to place a bet, they messed with it somehow. My wife got incredibly sick and ended up at the Dr. After drinking a mislabeled coffee they gave her after waiting for over an hour. Never coming back to this lodge.

My last visit to the Starbucks near my house is really great. I mobile ordered ahead and didn't have to wait. The only problem I have is that the lids for the cups aren't tight enough and the lid came off of my coffee drink and spilt everywhere in my vehicle. Luckily I hadn't left yet and the staff was nice enough to remake my drink for me when I went back inside and told them what happened. Goes to show that Starbucks has good customer service!

I don't usually get good service at stores inside another; this was an exception. I was happy with the service and the drink. Guess I had to get out of town for good service!

This was the worst Starbucks coffee I've had. I ordered a half sweet caramel macchiato. It was burnt tasting and almost undrinkable. If you're at Great Wolf Lodge, do yourself a favor and drive elsewhere for coffee.

They suppose to be in guines book for the most discusting cafe because I was there last weekend and the coffee and cookies display area was full of bugs and flies and they were very terrible and when I talked to the food and beverage manager in Greatwolf lodge she was very rude.

It's SB so the coffee is their coffee. My only complaint is that the lineup at this one is out the door into the hotel lobby and as there aren't really any other choices for pastries in this hotel, this is the "go to" spot.
They need to have a "coffee only" lane for those of us who just want a cup of coffee and not all the other stuff that they serve there. Put some pump thermoses out and have someone just dedicated to replenish and charge us for a cup of coffee.
