O’blarney’s

I ordered the Biscuits and gravy. Youd think it would be mostly Biscuits and gravy, but no. More hashbrowns than anything. The only real issue I have is the name of the breakfast. Should be called eggs and sos or something. But it was good and I hardly ever eat all the sos anyway. Service was good and it was nice and quiet for a Sunday morning. Good coffee.

I had the steak dinner and he had the shepherd pie. With potato skins as an appetizer. The steak was cooked to perfection, so tender and the potato skins were loaded with green onion, tomato, olives and cheese. Complete with sides of sour cream & salsa. He enjoyed the shepherd pie and soda bread. We ended up leaving with a loaf of soda bread. The only complaints were the noise level was too high and the server didn't ask about my sides. I would have preferred the mashed potatoes rather than baked.

O'Blarneys is a nice sized bar in Centralia. They have a fairly extensive menu, and the service is good. There are pool tables near the bar, and also a sectioned off restaurant. Food was decent. I tried a club sandwich at lunch time and some appetizers at happy hour. The fries were excellent. They went above and beyond taking care of a large group I was with on a week day. I will come back while I am here visiting.

Soups are very good 👍.the bread bowl is not worth how much extra money they charge for it.the soda bread is very good 👍. I don't know that it was the difference.next time I will be going with the bowl of soup with the soda bread.the Eco take out for the soup degenerate in the microwave. I regret that. I could not even have one bite . It had to be wiped out of the microwave.a waste of money and food. I bought three different types of soup that night. I also bought an extra chowder.the bowl also disintegrated.the soda bread is very good though.the chowder has always been good.but not when you can't heat it up.please rethink the soup bowl eco.and was charged an extra dollar for everyone of them.the only thing I can say is paying double for the bread bowl of soup did provide better reheat only because it would take a bigger container and that container works for reheat.but Eco bowl doesn't.

I ordered the $18.99 seafood platter and I couldn't have been more disappointed☹️ I got 1 tiny price of fish and a handful(tasted like a frozen bag) of rubbery clams and about 6 little rubbery shrimp followed by some lukewarm fries. Definitely not what I expected for that price that's forsure.. Really sucked cuz I was so excited to try it and what a disappointment 🤨 the waiter was very nice though.. that was the only good thing about dinner🤷🏽‍♀️
