I definitely will not return to this location. Items were left out of my mobile order an I called an spokeswoman someone I assumed was a Manger and was told I would receive a replacement in my app to give it 3 days...... 3 days has past AND NOTHING

We visited Chick-fil-A at the Galleria Mall. I had a gift card from my dentist Alex Bell. The service was excellent. It's always excellent at every Chick-fil-A. The food was excellent also. We really enjoyed our meal.

The family and I usually make this the to-go option for us when eating delicious chicken burgers. I always get the spicy burger and the kids love the chicken tenders and waffle fries. We went after walking around the Columbus Museum, ordered ahead of time, got in line for drive thru, and it was an easy checkout. Have had only good times eating and being with the family here.

I received my mobile curbside pickup 20 minutes later today than the time they told me it was ready. I got as far as the gas station before I attempted to sip from my lemonade and almost choked from a piece of paper that was found in my lemonade and when I called the store the employees and the manager were unconcerned.

I love the New Chick-Fil-A on Watson the only problem I have is we got our food and the two cars in front of us didn’t have there food. We ended up waiting about 6mins until they got there food. I feel like they should have another way where u can get out it wasn’t too bad you want your food than leave but hey we love the food. Wish they would of thought of better exiting...

When I have to wait 20min for my food, then food quality doesn’t matter for me . I had a long drive and that wait wasn’t necessary. They completely forgot my order ! I had to actually call and remind them.

Customer service is always great & employees are courteous, unlike many other fast food joints. Someone always cleaning tables after customers leave & even offers to refill your drink- what other fast food place gives that kind of service? You got it.... none!
