Food was good, service was terrible. Took 50 minutes to get our food while everyone who walked in later that us had their food in 15 minutes. When I asked where our food was they told me that those other people called in ahead of time. I asked them if they called in and they said no. So I was lied to and when I complained at checkout they told me to have a nice day and denied lying. No price cut or apologies. The time before that we waited for 15 minutes to get seated and finally left.

We ordered two pizzas and they got two thumbs down from all four of us. Very good waitress. Didn't have a long wait for the food.

I ordered the big dinner box. The wings and breadsticks are great. However the pizza last couple orders was not as quality as it used to be. My taco pizza came with one little bag of chips. My last order previously was stuffed crusted pepperoni. There was not really much flavor.

My experience wasn't very good. Our waitress was very good. She didn't put our order for mozzarella sticks and bread sticks in and then we were done eating before we got them.

Only one waitress. Waited for our order for over an hour because it didn't make it to the kitchen from the ordering station. Very poor management. Food good.

The quality of the pizza has definitely improved at this restaurant. We had not eaten here for long time due to bad service and poor products. But, you have won us back. Thank you for having the order ready when requested.

We ordered from Pizza Hut last night.....9/15/2021....for delivery and from the time I placed the order online, which is super convenient, to the time it was on our doorstep was a 30 minute window. The food, which was a Meaty P Zone, cinnamon sticks and 18 piece Burnin' Hot Buffalo wings....was hot and fresh. You can tell the difference between fresh food and food that has sat under a heat lamp for a while. This was fresh food! The delivery driver always has a big smile and is extremely pleasant too! We live within 2 miles of Pizza Hut but don't like to get back out after coming home from work. This is our 4th order from our local Pizza Hut in the last 2 months and I am very pleased with the customer service and the quality of their food. Kudos to the manager and the employees of Pizza Hut for bringing it out of the hole and making it a top-notch and reputable restaurant in Centerville again.
