Arby's

I have been to this arbys a couple times over the past few weeks and have had an issue each time I've been. The first time tried to use a coupon and it was ignored and I was charged full price... I eventually got through to the owner and he refunded my money and gave me a free meal coupon. Today I went to use my free meal coupon and I was told it's only good for a free drink. After saying many times the card says free small meal they gave me the meal. But it was awful. The fries were absolutely gross, I couldn't eat more than a couple because they were so bad. And my sandwich only had meat on half of it. Super disappointed with every experience

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Arby’s is the worst one ever. Customer service and food quality is terrible. The employees are always rude and seem like they hate their jobs. Tonight, my husband pulled up to order food around 9:30 and there were two workers outside spraying trash cans and smoking and completely ignored my husband and another customer that had pulled up to the actual window. Needless to say we both pulled off without any acknowledgement from an employee. Save yourself the irritation and just don’t go to this location lmao (not to mention they are almost worse than McDonald’s when it comes to their shake machine) 🚮

Thanks to the young lady at the counter whose name was "Alex" this place went from a one-star to a five star, the prior visit it took over 30 minutes to get our orders when dining in even though plenty of cars went through the drive-thru that were not ahead of our order, however Alex took our order and within 10 minutes we had our meal, great improvement from the first visit, I hope you keep this staff in place because the last staff on my prior visit just wasn't working.

The drive thru was fast and prompt. Found out why. The food. We got 2 beef and cheddar sandwich 2 regular roast beef sandwich 1 mozzarella sticks and a large curly fry. Everything was cold. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they were microwaved, the curly fries had so much grease on them you cold scrape it off with your finger and the sandwiches was cold and soggy plus they stank. Food went in the trash. Never eating here again.
