Might as well not even be a fast food place anymore. Sat in the drive thru for 15+ Mins along with 5 other cars only to finally get to the speaker, “how may I take your order?” Started saying my order only to be told “chicken will be a 20 minute wait” ???? You only serve chicken and there’s a wait?? 5+ cars also waiting parked in the lot. Say I waited that 20 minutes… who’s to say there’s chicken for me after getting to everyone else who has been waiting before me… just a joke. New management is needed at this location badly.

10:50 in the morning. Google says you're open at 10:30. Doors are locked, nobody answers at the drive-thru, yet there's somebody standing in the drive-thru watching me drive by, then looked away as though he did not notice me. I don't know who owns this particular branch, but I hope they find better management. If Chick-fil-A can do it right, anyone can.

Sat in line with three other cars around 7:30 PM waiting for someone to take our order, no one came over the speaker, approached the window and could clearly see the lights on and a woman at the front counter counting money and ignoring the several cars in line. Very unprofessional and took our business elsewhere as I’m sure the other cars did as well.
