So we went in and i ordered a blt and they microwaved my bacon so long that the bacon actually burnt, then while we were eating or food my wife and I happen to look over at the wall next to us and there was a huge roach crawling along like it didn't have a cre in the world!!! #Filthy #Neveragain

I ordered footlong add bacon. The person working put 3/4 of on one and 1 piece on the other half. I ordered 3 cookies, then was told I could get a free cookie. I ordered it. Then I was charged for it later because I declined 5 getting 5 cookies. When I showed her that I was overcharged, she preferred to argue with me. I will just go to another subway now on.

My sandwich was done right, just a little messy which is fine. I placed my order through online (google/postmates) for pick up. I didn't leave work until I received the "It's ready notification" since it's about a 4-5min drive from my work and my break is only 30min long. I got there and though there was a lengthy line I figured my order would be on the Pick up rack and it wasn't. Turns out my order hadn't been started. I would not have been very upset about it if it wasn't for the fact that the expectation was not set from the beginning. Lunch rushes are expected and everywhere is short handed, but they should not hit the notification for an item being ready until they have the time to actually make and have it ready.
This way I would have clocked out slightly later and would not have had any problem with the wait.

The food was fresh and the customer service was great!

Went in for a steak and cheese and came out with a sweet teriyaki chicken without tomatoes. Good thing I just wanted wheat bread. They were out of the other breads.They ran out of stuff by 300 on a Saturday afternoon. breads. Workers were super friendly. I felt bad for them because they were doing their job and had to tell everyone half the supplies were gone.

So, I placed an online order, which turned out to be a bad idea. The app must not be working correctly. When I arrived at the store, I asked about black olives, which I didn't find available in the app. I wanted bacon, as well, which I didn't see any opportunity to add in the app. I had selected mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and onion. What they had showed all that I selected AND cucumbers, peppers, spinach leaves. Disappointed, is an understatement!!!
