Subway

Came here on June 29th at approximately 6:58pm I was ordering subs for my family of 4. After my sub was made,I was asked if I wanted it toasted and I said yes. As they began on the 2nd sub, the toaster tool they use to remove the subs from the oven fell directly onto the floor. The girl picked it back up off the floor and placed in onto the food prep area. She then tried to remove my sub from the oven with the same tool that fell on the floor. I immediately said do you realize you just dropped that on the floor. She said yes and continued to try to make my sandwiches. I refused the food and walked out without dinner. I called back and tried explaining that I wanted to speak with management . No management available until Thursday supposedly. She the tried telling me that she didn't like how I said what I said. She felt that I was being loud. I explained to her that she was on speaker phone and she immediately changed her whole demeanor once she knew I had a witness to not only the initial incident but also the phone call made.She immediately tried to put the blame on me by saying she didn't like how I knew what I was talking about. I asked if they were SARVESAFE CERTIFIED, she said yes. I said then you know what you did wrong, again she responded yes. Both these girls need their jobs taken. One cross contaminated everything and the other stood by and watched it happen and said nothing.then tried to accuse me of being rude and loud to try to cover her butt. I have a witness to the entire incident and we will definitely be using different locations just like we did today, day of incident. They both need fired in my personal opinion. I bet they spent the entire night servings cross contaminated food. This is a health violation and disgusting in general.

Rude staff. Blaming the customer for messing up saying they’re wasting the people time and money. Used the app for my husband who is a truck driver and asked if I could cancel the order and asked nicely how i need to go about canceling and getting a refund since I placed the order online. The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude saying I messed up and she was not giving me my money back and that I shouldn’t have messed up. Terrible customer service. Rude. Arrogant. All the words in the book. I can not believe the amount of unprofessionalism that this individual had. Will definitely call the owner.

Ordered several meals online for my sister who was moving. Had to call to give a specific pick up time and was treated very mannerly. When sandwiches were picked up they carried them to the car for my sister. Unfortunately, due to a slight oversight, the chips were omitted from the order. When I contacted them, they were exceptionally pleasant and very nice about compensating for this. Food was delicious and packaged great. Wonderful establishment with excellent management. I recommend this Subway to everyone!
