Wendy's

I stopped by last week around 5. It took about 5 minutes for anyone to speak on the intercom. I heard laughter and talking in the backroom and the guy said he couldn't hear me about 3 times. After I finally said a burger and my drink, he immediately cut me off and gave me the amount. I wasn't finished with my order. I rolled around to the pay window and no one was there, but my bag of food sat right inside with my drink. After another 5 minutes, the kid came up and it took him 3 times to look up at the order screen and then back to my food before he finally handed it to me. After the long wait, my burger was incredibly cold. I realize they are underpaid and young, but the least they could do is actually give people their food so it's not frozen. I won't be going there ever again.

Staff was the rudest that I have experienced in a long time. After sitting in drive through for 20 minutes at 2:30 in the afternoon .We got our 4 Burgers and 2 fries all shoved in to one bag. Drove 2 miles down the road and realized they did not give us one of our sandwiches. I called them and they were accusing me of living to them and refused to replace the sandwich. Are you serious.

My experience was ok. I just went in for a Frosty and a pop. It was about 11 am and it was very dirty inside. I got my item but was left feeling a little uneasy about the cleanliness. Dirty tables, chairs, fingerprints all over door and pop machine and counters. The floors were dirty and my shoes were sticking to the floor, so were another customers so i knew it wasnt just me. I just was disappointed because it is not the standards the store used to have.

I truly hate to say it but there food went down hill it was cold & they put pickles on them when told not to can't eat anything with seed's on them their fries are not good anymore either it was like they were sitting there for long time same with all of it. I don't think I will be eating there anymore they are going down hill just like Hardee's on 32nd St & First Ave NE did.& they closed that one down. I think if the government stop paying people for not working they would have better helper's to get the food good again. I miss their good food & wish it would come back the way it was.

Place is disgusting. Mold on the ketchup pumps and soda machine. Grill had inches of grease and old food pilled up on it. Staff on backline cooking with no hat or gloves in dirty street clothes. All of them eating food while making people's food. Manager cussing and yelling on front line. Place needs shut down. Worst wendys in town.

This store seriously needs to close until they can get some employees that are worth anything. I just tried to use the drive thru,(which is the only way to order because the dining room is still closed) and the lady told me it would be a 10-15 to "reboot the register". Okay I put my vehicle in park and was told I couldn't just wait in the drive thru.. umm I was trying to order. Piss poor service.

It’s too early to have a attitude. They open for 6:30 am I was there after 7:25 am and no one said anything. I road around the parking lot you can see staff standing around doing absolutely nonthing. I pulled around an looking in the window no one looked up at me. I drove around again because I seen another car go around. I can hear them saying hello hello an no one answered him. I then pulled up an they finally said hey may I take your order! Ugh so unprofessional. Never on time to open. Always have attitude. I will not be returning ever again!
