Panera Bread

Could not believe how small the portions had gotten since the last I was there. I love their soups, especially their French onion. This soup was always dripping with cheese on top as it is traditionally done. Not only was there no top cheese, but I had to dig through the bowl to find any at all. They do not carry ham any longer for sandwiches. And the sandwich I did order not only was half the normal size but the slices of bread on it look like they came out of an easy bake oven they were so small. I know the pandemic has hit everyone but feel this was a little extreme on the compromises. I will not be going back unless I need bagels. Sad....

Great experience! Ordering at the kiosk is so convenient. Our order was prepared and ready rather quickly, and during the lunch rush. Very impressed! Great customer service. Enjoyed their large outdoor patio seating on a nice summer day. Food was excellent!! I had the new green goddes cob salad (half), which was so flavorful and so very good. I paired that with the Flatbread pepperoni pizza, which was also very good. Overall fantastic experience!!

Panera bread has streamlined their business. Order and you are in and out. This is amazing. You can even order before you go in and your order will be ready when you walk in. It's excellent. However, when I was younger Panera Bread was known for being a cozy place, one that I would go study at. A place that my friends and I would go chit chat at. It has lost that feeling of comfort due to the fact that it is so streamlined. People make it comfortable, they come and they sit and they talk, but it's just different. It's just not as cozy. I congratulate Panera bread on their efficiency. However, I miss the old days as well. Welcome to the new way of life.

Changing my reveiw after 3 years. Order a drink which already cost too much as it is for what it is. But you pay for convenience so I get that but when your cup is not full a d you pay for delivery and you get this. What a joke. This is the North East side of town. Shouldn't have to call to complain due to it should not leave Panera this way. This is our last visit to this store.

Slowest location ever. Ordered a mobile order got a message it was ready and still waited 15 minutes past the wait time. Asked for help behind the counter because employees were just standing around talking. They told me it was being checked in the back and I'd just have to wait. I'm okay waiting if it's busy but when they are just standing around no reason for it
