Rude staff. I’m sorry to bother you by pulling up the drive thru. Had to repeat my order twice at the intercom and again at the window. Management need to remind their staff why they are there. This is my third time there, and every time I had a bad experience. I like the food, but not the experience. Not coming back again.

We went through the drive through and were confused. The first thing we heard is the lady say that they were closed. It was dinner time the busier time of day and no signs up anywhere. The next minute we heard a lady ask to take our order. How confusing. Make up our mind already do we stay or find something else

They had remodeled but it wasn't what I expected I thought maybe it would be nicer but if not it's not a very inviting place to be to sit down and enjoy food I remember when it was fun to go to KFC it was a treat but it's not treat anymore they need help

Drive through order, 8 piece family fill up original recipe. Not asked what sides I wanted. Five minute drive home, everything cold. Bucket full of Extra Crispy & ALL DARK MEAT!!! Potatoes a weird texture.
I asked at window if this is original recipe and was told yes.

Horrible service. I’ve never been at KFC before and thought it sounded good for supper. Pulled into the parking lot and there was signs to come in the lobby. I got out of the car and an employee told me to get back in the car and go to the drive thru. Odd? Drove to the window as instructed and we where ignored. Finally someone answered and I told them we where told to come to the window. The girl at the window looked confused. We got our order and headed home. When we got home, we unpacked the order. The gravy was spilled and there was no lid on it and they forgot the fries. I called and asked to get a charge back for that. They denied. I won’t be going back. The chicken was okay. Biscuits where overcooked and nearly burnt. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Worst food I have ever had from a KFC. Biscuits were as hard as rocks, chicken was greasy. The best thing about the meal was the cole slaw.

My order placed online was ready an hour and 15 minutes after it should have been. When I got my order of buckets of chicken there was only dark meat chicken. When I asked the employee what she could do about my wait time and my order not being properly filled she said nothing.

It was horrible!! The ony thing that was edible was the hush puppys!
