Taco Bell

I love taco bell, but this particular location is so bad compared other locations around the country. Suuuper sloooow making food. I watched the dude make my food, I didn't know a person could move so slow. My bad for not going an hour early go allow a ton of time for a simple order. The other people working with him were more worried about their conversation than making food. If you stop here for a lunch hour, better be a long lunch hour. I was asked if it was for here or to go, not sure why they bothered to ask when I needed it to go but still put it on a tray for dine in. Wait longer yet for it to be packed up. Get to my destination, all that waiting and it was made wrong.

5 employees on staff. Only 2 actually working. Red head at the drive up spent the 25 minutes I waited for 2 burritos walking around with her hands in her pockets. 1 nice young lady on the right hand side was working the cash register and filling out food orders. Short staffed posters up. Short staffed my behind. Short management is more like it. My Burrito Supreme had only sour cream and beans and a couple pieces of lettuce in it. Not at all the usual burrito I normally get.

Has to be the worst tacobell I've ever been to in my life, and I wish I was exaggerating.. All my my food was barely wrapped, 2 of the tacos were flipped upside down and spilled in the bottom of the bag. Ordered a crunch wrap with no tomato and got extra tomato instead. The tacos that weren't spilled all over the bag were just soggy mush, along with the crunch wrap center. The fryer oil is extremely old. Cinnamon twists tasted horrendous. My 18 month old wouldn't touch them and she loves getting them. The crew was a bunch of young kids just laughing and not paying any attention. High lack of leadership. I'll literally never come back to this location again. Tacobell should be embarrassed with this store. It's not even worth a second chance. If I could rate under 1 star I would.
