Ordered a double cheese burger meal. Cooked very quickly.the bacon was stone cold. Took it back and was told that's how it comes out of the fridge. No where to make it warm so has to be cold. No microwave but have grills so don't see the problem. Got a refund. Never had this issue before .

First time I've visited here. Very poor experience, staff look fed up, not enough staff! Waiting ages for food, the building wasn't even packed. I then spotted delivery bags been filled first before the people who were eating in getting their food. Because the delivery driver was stood there. Bad customer service !
