Just ordered an off menu Cold brew coffee and the barristers couldn’t not have been more accommodating and friendly. Best customer service I have received in time. Only wish I had got the names of the young man and lady now to pass on to HQ. 02/09/23 16.20pm

Amazing service and brilliant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming and were delightfully chatty. They answered any questions we had and staff was just overall nice and friendly.

Can not thank vicky enough. I was here last night with my partner mum and cousin and unfortunately I took Ill. She was very caring and kind towards me and did everything she could to help me. Such and amazing woman. The compassion and care from vicky was outstanding. Thank you so much and I will be back soon.

As always high standard. They are following COVID 19 guidance properly. But , however the table wasn’t clean . We had to wait for 15 mins to ask a team member to clean the table. Apar from that ,everything was perfect. Nice ambience.

The staff are AMAZING!!! The manager is very approachable and can have a laugh with. The baristas are all great. Will always ask how you are and have a proper conversation with you. Visit nearly everyday!

Had to wait a while to be served as it was quiet and only 1 member of staff on. They were friendly and helpful though and made a lovely hot chocolate to warm me up on the cold evening!
