Burger King

I went to this location last night and ordered a whopper with cheese, when I revived my food they told me they were only accepting cash. I paid for my food and when I got home o opened up to find the complete wrong sandwich. It’s obvious with the unprofessional behavior of the people in the drive thru and then goofing around instead of making sure the right food is in the bag. When I called to see if they could possibly make it right o was hung up on almost like they didn’t want to deal with it. All the employees at this location need to be re trained and if there was a manager on duty they need to have better experience.

Absolute worst place on the planet. Was there at 10:20PM 2/18. They give you cold whoppers and fries with a smile. I literally just left there 15 minutes ago. I’ll be calling to talk to a manager tomorrow because I know if I call tonight nothing will get done. It was actually cold people. Not warm. Cold.

Very Ride staff. It's a go to Burger King. Went there, there's literally no one except our car. We asked for a minute to see the menu. In 30 sec, the person is like are you ready to order? We said give us a minute. He said, " I already gave u a minute. I have no clue what the hurry was because there was no car other than ours. We went home, order were not marked. Spicy and crispy chicken. We had to guess which one is which. Very bad Customer Service.

I've eaten at this BK several times and i'm usually disappointed. I think that i'm done with this Burger King. Drive Thru time was okay but the food was horrible as it usually is. Fries were definitely not fresh. I'm assuming that they make a giant batch every few hours and just serve those. My whopper was cold and had a hair in it. The previous time, I had gotten a chicken sandwich that was mostly all breading and no chicken. To top it off, the chicken was so chewy, kind of like when you over heat breaded chicken in the microwave. I would stay away from BK in Cary!
